Fitness - Karate classes are a great workout focusing on your core stability and hand/foot/eye coordination.

Self-Defence - Empowerment through the knowledge of how to defend yourself. Improved Overall Health - Karate benefits young and old due to its emphasis on fitness, stretching, strengthening & endurance.
Weapon Training – Toshikai’s karate classes include training with the Bo, Sai and Tonfa. We also work with the Jo, Knife and Arnis when there’s interest!
Classes are held in a formal and friendly atmosphere which incorporates the history and tradition of the martial arts. Classes are based on 4 or 8 week themes that include the study of kobudo (traditional weapons), kata (sequence of movements), kumite (sparring), grappling, mental conditioning, agility, and physical training.
Classes are held Sunday evenings at 6:30pm at Endeavour Martial Arts.
